A: Sure. We usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

Q : How long is the sample lead time?

A: For existing samples, 2-7 days.They are free.

If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

Q: Can we change the color of the sport water bottle?

A: Yes, Fayren can according to your given Pantone color to order, but different colors will have different degrees of deviation.

Or you can provide a sample of your favorite colors, we will refer to your sample for your custom color. Please discuss with us specifically.

Q: How to ensure the vacuum effect of the water bottle?

A: 1) For each Ss finished vacuum, it should be checked by more than 100 inspections because of the quality control of each production process.

2) For the vacuum test, we will do 3 times 100 & check.

3) For each completed S / s vacuum bottle, we perform a 1-month vacuum resistance test

4) ln order to ensure the product has a stable vacuum performance, we retain 1 ml vacuum
