This is the critical transition and finishing node in the production flow — the Semi-Finished Parts Processing Station. After initial part forming and before final assembly or finishing, components undergo multiple secondary processes, functional pre-assembly, and in-process inspections here, ensuring every part moves forward as a “ready-to-integrate” unit.

Finished Goods Storage

This is the tranquil harbor in the product’s journey — the Finished Goods Storage area. Here, every vacuum bottle that has completed all production and inspection stages awaits delivery under systematic and standardized warehousing protocols, ensuring it reaches you in the same perfect condition as when it left the line.

Functional Pre-Assembly: Installing lid springs, pre-assembling straw valves, adjusting button mechanisms, etc., to verify movement and fit in advance.

Interface Finishing: Grinding weld seams smooth, tapping or cleaning threads, ensuring all connection points are even and standardized.

In-Process Inspection & Cleaning: Checkpoints after critical steps screen for dimensional deviations and surface flaws, followed by ultrasonic cleaning or dust removal to meet cleanliness standards.

Early-Stage Precision Control: Identifies and resolves potential issues upfront, preventing defects from reaching final assembly and improving overall first-pass yield.

Process Flexibility: Enables quick line changeovers and adjustments for different models, accommodating small-batch, high-variety production.

Flow Coordination: Acts as a “buffer zone” between stages, balancing production rhythm and ensuring smooth material and information handover.

The Semi-Finished Goods Storage Area serves as a precise buffer for the production line. Inner vessels, outer shells, and other components that have passed rigorous inspections are stored here by batch and model, ensuring accurate and smooth handover to the next process. We control ambient temperature and humidity to protect precision metal parts from any environmental impact before final assembly.The Finished Goods Storage Area is the final stop before delivery. All assembled and finally inspected bottles undergo systematic logging, packaging verification, and organized storage here. Utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS), we achieve precise inventory tracking, FIFO (First-In, First-Out) management, and rapid picking, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
