- Warranty period begins from the shipment date.

Exclusions & Limitations
To ensure fairness and clarity, the following situations are not covered under warranty
- Normal Wear & Tear – Minor scratches, surface wear, color fading from regular use.
- Improper Use – Damage from drops, impacts, improper cleaning (abrasives, high-temperature sterilization), or incorrect assembly.
- Accidental Damage – Damage caused by fire, flood, extreme temperatures, or other force majeure events.
- Unauthorized Modification – Alterations, disassembly, or use of non-original components.
- Expired Warranty – Claims submitted after the warranty period has ended.

My product is not listed, what should I do?
We are very sorry that your products is not visible on the list. Please contact us with the product details and pictures and we will allign this to our internal team to make sure that the product base is updated accordingly.
What is covered by the warranty?
Material Issues:If the product has any issues related to the materials it was made from, these are typically covered by the warranty. This includes any faults in the fabric, plastic, or metal that make up the product.
Workmanship Issues:Any defects resulting from poor craftsmanship or errors during the manufacturing process are usually covered. This ensures that the product meets the expected standards of quality.
Do you sell spare parts for FAYREN?
No, unfortunately, we don’t have parts (gaskets, seals, etc.) to ship out. But if your warranty claim is approved, we’ll do you one better and replace your whole product.
I need to send in a warranty claim, which form do I use?
To submit a warranty claim, go to the Contact Us form. Within the form, you will be required to submit proof of purchase, photos of your product in order for us to better understand the issue. Please include a photo of the lid, as well as a photo showing the issue at hand.
After we receive your information and photos, we will contact you within 5-7 business days the results of your claim. Claims are processed in the order they are received.
I’m not sure what product I have, how do I fill out the warranty form?
We try to make it as easy as we can, so we’ve included pictures of all of our products. Select the category of your product (Mugs, Water Bottles, etc) and look for the model and color that’s closest to your product.
If you still cannot find your model on the website, please select a different model and let us know about in the message - we will do our best to identify the model based on your pictures.
