What insulation technology and material science make FAYREN flasks perform better – and how do we prove it?
A vacuum flask may look simple, but true performance lies in the invisible engineering. At FAYREN, we treat every flask as a precision thermal system. Here’s what happens inside our products – and why it directly translates to real‑world reliability:Advanced vacuum brazing – not cheap glass‑seal bonding
Many budget flasks use glass‑frit or epoxy seals to join the double walls – these degrade over time and lose vacuum. We use high‑temperature copper brazing (over 800°C) to create a permanent, metallic‑to‑metallic seal. This ensures the vacuum layer remains absolutely airtight for years, delivering up to 24 hours of heat retention and 24 hours of cold retention, even with daily thermal shocks.Optional copper‑plated inner liner for extreme performance
For premium orders, we add a thin copper coating to the outer surface of the inner stainless‑steel wall. This reflects radiant heat back into the liquid, reducing heat loss by up to 15% compared to standard stainless‑steel‑only designs. It’s the same technology used in high‑end thermoses – and we offer it without the luxury markup.Pure‑taste 304/316 stainless steel interiors – electrolytically polished
We never use internal chemical coatings (which can scratch, peel, or alter taste). Instead, our liners are electrolytically polished – an electrochemical process that removes microscopic burrs and creates a mirror‑smooth, passive oxide layer. This prevents bacteria buildup, resists acidic drinks (fruit juices, teas), and preserves the original flavour of your beverage without any metallic aftertaste.
