What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But some of the hot products we accept a lower number for your trial orders. Please let us know how much you need, we will calculate the cost accordingly, I hope you can check the quality of our products and know our services, you can order the next big.

How to ensure the vacuum effect of the product?

1) For each SS finished vacuum, it should be checked by more than 100 inspections because of the quality control of each production process.
2) For the vacuum test, we will do 3 times 100 & check.
3) For each completed S / S vacuum bottle, we perform a 1-month vacuum resistance test.
4) In order to ensure the product has a stable vacuum performance, we retain 1 ml vacuum.

How quickly can we get sample?

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of stock samples for the majority of our products. In cases where stock samples are readily available, we can promptly issue and dispatch them within a swift timeframe of just 2 days. Moreover, if there is no requirement for customized sample production, and you opt for one of our existing stock samples, we can expedite the process, ensuring that the samples are sent to you within an even more efficient 1-day turnaround.

Do you have any International certificate of the bottle?

Fayren bottles with Internaitonal Certification of LFGB, FDA approval.

What are the payment terms for sample costs and order amounts?

For samples, we accept payment orders sent by Western Union, Alipal, T / T.

Can we print some patterns on our products?

Sure, we offer the option for you to incorporate custom patterns into the design of your products. We welcome OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) projects and have a dedicated professional workshop specifically equipped to handle such customization requests. This means you have the freedom to design and personalize the packaging according to your unique requirements.

Can we customize the color of the bottle?

Sure, we offer the flexibility to customize the color of our products based on your preferences. You can specify your desired color using the Pantone color system, ensuring a precise match to your requirements. However, it's important to note that variations may occur due to the inherent nature of different colors, resulting in slight deviations. Alternatively, if you have a specific color sample that you'd like us to replicate, you can provide it to us for reference. This allows us to tailor the product to match the color you have in mind more closely. We understand the significance of color accuracy in meeting your expectations, and we encourage you to engage in a detailed discussion with us to ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with your vision. Can I get a free sample?

Certainly! We are pleased to provide free samples for our standard products. However, for custom designs, there may be nominal sample charges. Rest assured, these charges can be fully refunded when your order reaches a specific quantity. Our preferred shipping carriers for sending samples are FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL, ensuring reliable and swift delivery. If you possess an operator account with any of these carriers, the freight charges can be conveniently billed to your account. Alternatively, if you do not have an operator account, you can cover the shipping costs directly to us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
